Creating Meaningful Futures in Asia
For 15 years, Space Doctors have been helping clients in Asia build more impactful, effective and imaginative brands. Building on this success, we are excited to announce that in Spring 2017 we will be launching the region’s first major hub specialising in the strategic application of semiotic and cultural insight methodologies in Singapore.
The new Space Doctors hub will offer a growing network of brand strategists, visual culture and design experts and leading thinkers in understanding leading edge culture. It will also make it possible to provide an even closer and more responsive service to our clients, whilst strengthening the relationships & collaborative partnerships we’ve established with cross-disciplinary experts, agencies and institutions in Asia.
CEO of Space Doctors Fiona McNae explains “Super-fast change, breath-taking diversity in culture and its growing global influence make Asia such an exciting place for us to be now. Our Singapore office will function as a regional nerve centre where we can track the cultural shifts that are influencing consumers’ lives and transforming their relationship with brands on a daily basis. Using this intelligence we will show brands the actions to take to drive impact and influence purchase behaviour, build cultural relevance to consumers and increase their share”
Gareth Lewis, our Asia expert, will be leading the growth of the team. “In recent years we’ve focused on training and growing an outstanding network of cultural and strategic experts and consumer brand strategists. This local nuance and understanding in combination with our own innovative research techniques and extensive strategic expertise has brought successes for P&G, Samsung, Diageo, The Coca-Cola (Japan) Company and Givaudan and continues to develop”.
Our Singapore office will be located at The House of Eden on Robinson Road, and the opening of our regional headquarters will be supported by an inspiring programme of conferencing, thought-leadership and training in semiotics and cultural methodologies.
